M1 Ultra destroys an Intel Xeon based machine costing over 3 times more. The M1 Ultra in the Mac Studio is literally off the charts, in these tests done by Craig A. Hunter.

Did you know that Microsoft finally updated Office to support the Apple Silicon M1 chip natively ? Neither did anyone else !!! Office is still crap. And they did not update Teams. But it's somethin' at least.
It's just too little, too late for Intel with its newest 12th generation Alder Lake processor. It is a fast CPU, but that's just one piece of the performance puzzle. And Apple is way way ahead in many of those other pieces. And Apple's just getting started.
You can get an amazing deal using Apple Card and Apple's Trade-In. I bought my new MacBook Pro 16" with M1 Max that costs $3,499 at full price, for just $240 per month. Here's how.
This is BANANAS that we have to seek out the highest of the highest end laptops and workstation class desktops to find any real competition for the M1 Max. Intel, AMD, Nvidia, QualComm and everyone that depends on any of those chips should be very very scared right now.
The M1 Max in Apple's new MacBooks Pro are described as outperforming the the W6900X in a Mac Pro, a $6,000 300 watt desktop class GPU. This test result is from Affinity Photo, one of those apps that benefits from a great GPU. Another example of why video editing apps also perform so well.
There are a ton of reviews for Apple's new M1 Pro and M1 Max based MacBooks Pro. To help you out, here's the ONE video review you need to watch, if you can only watch one. I watched them all, so YOU don't have to !!!
Apple Silicon processors bring a ton of capabilities and new features that just were not possible or just plain too difficult with Intel. Apple started this journey way back in 2008. Now here's some macOS Monterey features only available on an M1.
Tons of reviews dropped this morning because Apple lifted it's embargo for reviewers a day before the new M1 Pro & M1 Max MacBooks Pro are officially available. And the performance numbers are HUGE.
It's starting to look like history is again repeating itself. Apple is once again shipping new chips that are more massive leaps forward and leaping even further beyond all its competition, and a lot of press, pundits and critics are underestimating Apple and what it really means. History knows better. Sadly, the critics do not.
The BEASTS arrive Tue, Oct 26 !!! Check out Apple's BEAST Video & Music. It's totally bad ass...
Successfully tested the macOS Monterey Public Beta on VMware Fusion for Mac, and it works. Even though VMware Fusion is not officially supporting it yet. Here's how.
